Received a shirt they don't sell online

"Bummer that I received a shirt that willow doesn't even sell on their website. I was looking forward to getting one of their actual Halloween shirts in my order. No one even sells them online. I was shocked to receive something they don't even sell. I don't think I will purchase anything from this shop again due to feeling deceived. You know it's not a great shirt if they don't advertise it. I'm not going to waste my time returning. Learned my lesson."

"I never submit reviews but felt that I needed to this time. I’m 5’ 8” and have really long legs. Buying pants is always hard because they’re never long enough. These are perfect and almost a little too long. I love the stretchy fabric and real zipper, button, and back pockets. Might need to buy a few more in different colors as they look like they’ll be perfect work pants."

"I ordered 2 pairs at the same time. However, the medium wash Fiona I received, the tag said it was the same size as my other pair, but this pair in medium wash was much smaller than the other color. They were both ordered as XL and labeled on the tag on the jeans as XL bit very different sizing."

Quality of fabric is not

"Quality of fabric is not that great. Like the idea but not worth the price. Only form of communication is email. Took about 5-7 emails to receive a full answer to all questions I asked in the first email I sent. Orders take a long time to be shipped out including exchanges. Wanted to love the concept but just fell flat for me so will shop elsewhere."
