Why Should I Become a VIP Member?
At Willow Boutique, we understand shopping online can be tricky. We offer a simple solution to keeping your wardrobe up to date with the seasons, trends, and timeless fashion pieces! The Subscription Box allows you to build a box that fits your style at an incredibly affordable rate! You will get 3-5 selects each month and many other perks including exclusive early access, subscriber only promotions, double birthday rewards, and punch card rewards towards a free subscription month!
How do I build my box?
Every month you will receive an email to notify you of your upcoming charge and you will be able to go into your account and manage that upcoming month's box! Pro-Tip: Set a reminder on your phone to build your box… even though you will be so excited it will be hard to forget!
What happens if something doesn’t fit?
Send us over an email so we can initiate an exchange if the product is still available in quantities/size/colors. If the piece is not available for an exchange other options will be presented via email: subscriptions@willowboutique.com
When will I be charged for my subscription?
You will be charged when you sign up for your subscription and that same date every month after that, you will receive an email before every upcoming charge to remind you before being billed, and this will alert you to make any changes to your monthly order if needed!
How do I access my subscription account?
On our Willow Boutique Website there is a tab at the bottom for Subscriptions, you can also check your email history to access your account or search “subscription box” on our website at any time!
Can I add preferences to my subscription?
You will make those preference selections yourself! We wanted to make sure every subscriber’s box fits their style so you get to build your box from each month's options!
How do I update my shipping and payment information?
Within your account profile! You can also send us an email if you need anything updated prior to your next billing date! Subscriptions@willowboutique.com
How do I apply a discount?
No discount codes are allowed on our subscription boxes, we made sure to price the boxes as low as possible!

Can I purchase a singular product without the subscription?
No! These products are first come first serve to our subscribers only! Majority of these products are early access and remain exclusive to subscribers for their boxes. You are able to subscribe more than once if you would like to build another box and get all of the selects! If you are looking to shop individually you can shop on our retail site.
Do you have a rewards program?
Yes! Subscribers get DOUBLE birthday rewards points, and as a subscriber you will have a punch card to earn punches towards a reward (a free month!)
Do you provide gift wrapping?
Great question! Our boxes are beautifully packaged in a themed box for that month and wrapped like a gift for everyone! If you have a specific request for us send over an email: subscriptions@willowboutique.com we are happy to personalize a card with notice!
How do gift subscriptions work?
Our subscriptions can be for anyone! If you are gifting a subscription you will have the option to either make the selections for who you are gifting the box to, or you can email us so we can have your recipient added into your profile to make the selections! Subscriptions@willowboutique.com
How do I care for my subscription products?
Each product will have care instructions on their labels! Make sure to read these and take care of the garments accordingly! We do not accept returns for subscription pieces, only exchanges up to 15 days after receiving that month’s subscription box.
How does shipping and billing work?
Your account will be charged $75 on the 28th of each month; this does include shipping! We will pack your order as soon as your payment is received, and your selections are made. You can easily change any preferences for your subscription via your personal account, or you can email us: subscriptions@willowboutique.com
What if I forget to make my selections for my subscription box?
Great question! You will always be sent a reminder email to inform you of an upcoming charge, which will also serve as your reminder to build your box. If you still forget, that’s okay; life gets busy sometimes! We will have access to your previous subscription selections, so we will make our best judgement to curate an order to match your style.
How do I sign up to be a Willow VIP member?
Easy! Shop your subscription box and add items to your box according to that month's selections (3-5 items per month)! It’s as simple as creating your subscription profile and pressing checkout once you build your box!
Do I have to place an order every month with my subscription?
Nope! You never have to make a purchase – unless you fall in love with one (or many!) of our styles. Each month you will be emailed prior to your charge to make your selections for the upcoming month and will have the opportunity to make changes to your subscription plan. You are able to pause or cancel your subscription with ease within your profile! Once you have been a subscriber for 8 months you will receive your 9th box free, you will be able to keep your punch card credits even if you choose to pause!
What is “Skip the month” and how do I skip?
Each month prior to your upcoming charge, you will have the opportunity to be billed and build your next box or skip the month. When you manage your subscription you will follow the prompt to “close your account” and you will follow the prompts to see all available options - including a long pause on your account so you can remain a part of the subscription perks until you are able to subscribe again! What happens if I don’t skip the month?
It’s up to you: skip to avoid the $75.00 charge for your membership benefits. Membership benefits include access to exclusive products and promotions, which unlock the best possible savings here at Willow Boutique. You will be billed if you do not make changes to your account prior to your next billing date, you will receive an email reminding you of an upcoming charge. Pro-tip: Set a reminder on your phone for the week of your next month to check out the new selections to decide whether or not to skip!
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, but we hate to see you go! There is no cancellation fee and you can cancel anytime. You may cancel by visiting your My Account page. If you cancel your VIP membership, you can still shop the site at retail prices but will not be able to redeem any unused VIP Member rewards or punches earned left on your account.
