Refund Policy:

  • At Willow Boutique, we understand shopping online can be tricky. We offer a simple solution if you decide your order is not perfect. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item(s) to send back the items for a credit in the form of a Willow Boutique E-Gift card. You may also return for an exchange if quantities/size/colors are available. 
  • You can visit our return portal below and will be charged the shipping return fee.
  • All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. ALL SALE/ JEWELRY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If a clearance item is returned, we will return to the sender.

Willow Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Defective Items:

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
