Size Down - Really Long - Thin Material

"I'm 5'4" and 38.75" hips, got a Large according to the size chart. Just finished filing an exchange for a Medium as they are definitely unflatteringly loose on me! They are also longer than ideal but that's alright, I'll hem them or wear them with heels. Am disappointed in the cheap feeling material but I usually pay $150 for my favorite pants so I guess that's to be expected! Maybe I'll like them better when I finally get the correct size?"

"New customer. Jeans arrived and just fit....weird. i paid almost $4 for "return and shipping protection plus $12.99 for shipping. I tried to return them only to find out they only offer store credit. If it specifies that somewhere, I must have missed it. I will not be shopping here again."
