"I purchased this skirt/skort in 3 different colors - all size small, however they don’t all fit the same. The red is PERFECT, the black and pink are much tighter around the booty area. Where is this shirt from I can’t find it anywhere

If I order this pink skirt today. Would I receive it by June 20th in Minnesota? Also I’m a size 10 in shorts. What size would you recommend for this skirt? Medium? Large?
