"My hat was shipped in with my bag of clothes so when it came it was crushed. Not a huge deal just disappointing. My biggest complaint is whoever heat pressed the patch did not get the bottom of the patch and theres a line across the entire front of the hat as well as the patch lifting. For as much as these cost, I would think the shipping and the quality would be better. I shop at another boutique and they always send my hats in a box. Lesson learned."
